Rickai, affectionately known as RJ, is a passionate and driven first-year animation student at Southern Adventist University. From an early age, RJ demonstrated a natural talent for drawing and storytelling, often spending hours sketching characters and imagining entire worlds. What began as a childhood hobby has evolved into a clear and focused pursuit of a career in animation.
 

RJ believes in the power of animation to spark emotion, tell untold stories, and create connection across cultures. His dream is to use his creativity to contribute to projects that reflect diversity, challenge stereotypes, and inspire the next generation of young creators.

At Southern, RJ is honing his craft, exploring new techniques, and learning how to bring characters to life through movement and design. He is committed to excellence in his studies and is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
